Traditional Middle Eastern sweet shortbread biscuit, filled with date paste. These crumbly, buttery textured biscuits are traditionally given as a gift at Eid or Christmas.

Ingredients 

Wheat flour, date, butter (milk), milk, mahaleb. May contain traces of seeds and nuts.

Free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Not suitable for sesame allergy sufferers due to the methods used in the manufacture of this product.

Storage

One month shelf life.

Usage

A perfect accompaniment to a cup of Turkish coffee or the classic English breakfast tea.
