A fresh twist on the Levantine herb salad. The 50/50 mix of herbs and bulgur wheat makes our tabouleh all about texture. Tabouleh brings balance and contrast to the rich flavours of a Middle Eastern meal.
Ingredients
Bulgar wheat, water, parsley, tomato, olive oil, lemon, spring onion, mint, salt. May contain nuts and seeds (allergens in bold).
Free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Not suitable for sesame allergy sufferers due to the methods used in the manufacture of this product.

Usage
A wonderful salad to fill any pitta sandwich or serve as a mezze. The fresh herb flavours go well with anything strong, heavy or savoury. Serve alongside fried eggs and cottage cheese for the classic Israeli breakfast.
