The SALSA certification was awarded after an intensive audit process based on the SALSA Audit Standard Issue 6, June 2022. This certification recognises Mamoosh Bakery’s compliance with stringent standards in the manufacture of our beloved pitta bread.
Our Pitta Breads are available fresh or frozen. The accreditation not only underscores the quality of our products but also highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest food safety standards.
