Mamoosh Bakery Earns Prestigious SALSA Accreditation

Mamoosh Bakery is proud to announce that we have achieved the highly sought-after SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) Accreditation. This accomplishment marks a significant milestone for us as a local bakery, reflecting our commitment to producing high-quality, safe, and locally sourced bakery products.

The SALSA certification was awarded after an intensive audit process based on the SALSA Audit Standard Issue 6, June 2022. This certification recognises Mamoosh Bakery’s compliance with stringent standards in the manufacture of our beloved pitta bread.

Our Pitta Breads are available fresh or frozen. The accreditation not only underscores the quality of our products but also highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest food safety standards.
