Pittas and dips
Make life easy and plan relaxed meals—mezze style. You can feature fresh, toasted, or pitta chips with a range of Middle Eastern mezze, including hummus, labneh, Baba Ganoush, tahini, and olives.
Pittas and cheese
Suppose your friends and family are cheese fiends. In that case, we suggest a traditional cheese board with chilli jam and chutneys complimented with fresh pitta bread and pitta chips.
Pittas and pickles with charcuterie
Another suggestion is a charcuterie platter with cornichons and wholegrain Dijon mustard. These tiny green pickles have a tart, mildly sweet flavour, making them the ideal garnish for classic charcuterie items such as pâtés, terrines, and cured sausages.
