Ingredients
Aubergine, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, garlic, tomatoes, tinned tomatoes (citric acid), tomato paste (citric acid), paprika, black pepper, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, cumin, sugar, (allergens in bold).
May contain traces of egg, milk, soya, pistachio, walnuts, pecan nuts, sulphite, wheat, celery, sesame seeds.
The product is vegan in nature but made on premises that handle milk, egg and meat.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees celsius. Once open, consume within 24 hours.
Usage
Can be eaten cold with Tahini or Hummus, and with pittas/pitta chips. Lovely to use as a pitta sauce, heat it up with fried egg or use it as a shakshuka. Warm it up and cook with chicken breast cubes and enjoy stuffed in a pitta.
